About Me
Hi, I'm Marlie! I find joy in working with people, design, and research. I have a background in Mental Health Counseling which inspired me to create multiple psychological research projects that have been published and presented at several conferences across the country.
Now I hope to apply my psychological research acumen, as well as, my love for people and design in a business capacity. As a business analyst, I relished seeing my analyses come to life in real ways to benefit the company such as planning and leading Mixpanel API implementation to understand our user usage behaviors better.

Additionally, I have taken the lead in creating marketing materials in several of my past tech roles. As a Business Analyst, I designed training materials to improve client and company-wide product understanding. While working as a People Ops Assistant, I created company newsletters and Asana dashboards to improve employee onboarding and retention. Finally, as a Graduate Assistant, I designed recruitment flyers, posters, and program advertisements to recruit STEM professionals across the country.
I hope to continue developing my expertise as an interdisciplinary professional in the future!
